Dealing with the Stress that Comes with Uncertainty

If you can do this, then you will be far less inclined to check them over time, which will help you to not only detach, but also stop yourself from being dragged down by things that probably have no bearing on you and your life. Things like this can make a major difference to your mental health, and they can also give you the boost you need to move forward.
