The Xtra Mile attended Count Me In, the largest youth- led movement, for the second year in a row this week. Joined by thousands of students in the Sony Theater, as well as students watching online from around the world, Count Me In celebrated positive volunteer initiatives. The day was fill with musical performances by YouTube twins Abby & Sarah, rapper Wali Shah, and YouTube sisters Cimorelli, to name a few!

Even more powerful than the performances were the amazing testimonials of speakers who had overcome depression and struggles in their own lives. For students in attendance, the words spoken were not only empowering and uplifting, but discussed how to deal with difficult situations as they grow up.
