Canadian Music Week announces winners for Jim Beam Indies Awards

Canadian Music Week (CMW) recently unveiled the winners of the 22nd Annual Jim Beam Indies,  which took place June 8th at History in Toronto. The Jim Beam Indies serves as a platform to honour emerging music talents and recognize exceptional individuals and teams who embody the independent spirit, both nationally and internationally.

The ceremony, hosted by Shreya Khanna, an esteemed on-air correspondent for Entertainment Tonight (ET) Canada and the beloved host of Live Nation Fans, showcased dazzling performances by the Jim Beam Talent Search winners: FKB, AR Paisley, Aysanabee, Brett Kissel, and Maestro Fresh Wes. Adding to the excitement, the evening featured a mesmerizing concert by the recipient of the esteemed 2023 Video of the Year award, the incredibly talented Charlotte Cardin.

CMW now enters its 41st year and remains the paramount annual entertainment event in Canada, dedicated to the vibrant expression and continuous growth of the country’s music, media, and entertainment industries.  All conference-related activities take place at The Westin Harbour Castle, located at 1 Harbour Square in Toronto.
