New for 2015, guests had the chance to listen on some great sessions at the Health & Wellness to inspire and educate! One of the sessions we checked out was the Performance Nutrition session, where  Ben Sit (CEO of Evolved Sport and Nutrition) gave us a brief insight into the important elements of sport  nutrition to anyone looking to live a healthier and more active lifestyle.

Also, new this year were the Master Classes, where guests could get intimate and up close with their favourite chefs.  We had the chance to see Susur Lee up close and personal creating some demo dishes such as Chiang Mai Fillet of Beef with Garlic Shrimp, and Green Mango Salad. In between managing three restaurants in Toronto, Chef Lee manages to make time for numerous appearances, both on television and at food shows.

One really exciting vendor we got to check was out was Holy Cannoli! And holy the cannolies are amazing! Vanessa Chiara of Holy Cannoli demonstrated how these delicious cannolis are made. With just the perfect amount of cream inside the shell, it is enough to satisfy your taste buds. Introducing a new flavour, we had the chance to try the new lemon cream cannoli and we have to say it was worth the wait!

Another popular vendor was Toppits where they served delicious breaded fish, and guests could make their own fish tacos! With fresh toppings including guacamole, we couldn’t pass up this deliciousness!
