Rachel Ries at NXNE

American singer and daughter of Mennonite missionaries, Rachel Ries returns in the music industry after a long hiatus in which she released her third album “Ghost of a Gardener” back in February.

Ries music consist of compassionate and soulful songs produced by Ries along with Emmett Kelly, David Vandervelde and more. Ries has also previous worked with big names such as Bon Iver and Anais Mitchell. The record has been featured on Uncut, NPR, BBC, RTE Radio One, Irish One, Daytrotter and Exclaim. 

Ries is currently finishing up her tour in the UK & Ireland and will be making her way down to Toronto to play NXNE this week.
