A night out with Poor Young Things at the Steam Whistle Brewery

On Tuesday, Sept 29,Strut Entertainment hosted an exclusive Steam Whistle Brewery tour with Poor Young Things on their new EP launch. The Xtra Mile was invited alongside other media outlets and the boys of Poor Young Things to go on a tour of the Brewery.

Our amazing tour guide, Sarah, demonstrated how exactly this delicious beer is brewed. We learned that the beer is not pasteurized and even smelled some of the malts that are used in the malting process.  On top of that, we had the chance to taste the beer unfiltered.

After the tour, we sat for an exclusive performance from Poor Young Things’ newest EP, Force of Nature. The boys performed the acoustic version of “Like an Animal” and “Automatic”.

Poor Young Things head out across Canada again this October and November, supporting The Glorious Sons on The Contender Tour.
