The Cast of “Remedy” in Toronto

Finally some Canadian star power. The Cast of Remedy made an appearance in Toronto for Global Television‘s premiere on Monday, February 24, 2014 with stars Dillon Casey (Nikita and The Vampire Diaries), Enrico Colantoni (Flashpoint),Sara Canning (The Vampire Diaries) and Sarah Allen (Murdoch Mysteries). The show follows a med school dropout Griffin (Casey) who is forced to return to a Toronto hospital.

I was able to catch the cast doing press at The Morning show. The first thing I told Canning was how excited I was to see her character Jenna Sommers back in the 100th episode of The Vampire Diaries.  “I was hardly in it,” she laughs.

If you are a fan of the Vampire Diaries like I am, you would know her character had a crucial part in the hit series. She was always one of the ones you would remember even after the show ends.

Such a friendly cast.  They made sure to say hello to all the fans waiting outside in the cold, and greeted each one with a friendly photo. Here is our family-like photo of the cast of Remedy in Toronto.
