Soho House presents Satellite Nights Chicago
The most glam place to be is the Soho House. First founded in 1995 in London, as a private members club for anyone in the media industry, the club has recently expanded to North America and Europe.
On June 28th, 2014, Soho House presented a partnership with BOMBAY Sapphire Gin and BMW to create an evening full of art, design and culture, and music from Twin Shadow and DJ Supreme Cuts in anticipation to the pre-launch of Soho House Chicago.
Following the pre-launch, and Art Talk, Soho House presented their fourth installment pop-up series called Satellite Nights. Previous installments took place in Los Angeles and New York. A unique experience for Soho House members to spot emerging artists, listen to great music and enjoy a night out with specialty cocktails by Corzo Tequila.
Satellite Nights Chicago consisted of performances by Twin Shadow, Kit, Black Noise and DJ supreme Cuts. Guests also experienced artist Richard Blackwell, who created a life-size sculpture of a BMW with eucalyptus wood and neon lights.
The Soho House Chicago will be officially opening in mid-August and it will feature components such a 40-room hotel, two public facing restaurants, and Cowshed Salon & Spa. It will be open to the public for all guests to see. To learn more about the Soho House, please visit the official website here.
