Paramount Fine Foods opens up at Shops at Don Mills

Paramount Fine Foods invited us to take part in the festivities of their opening night at Shops at Don Mills. The renowned Middle Eastern restaurant has several locations throughout the GTA, but this was their second boutique style restaurant following their Yorkville location, which I frequently visit!

This new location had an intimate, inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. The Shops at Don Mills attracts a particular clientele and this was the perfect place for expansion. The newcomer store definitely fits in with the sophisticated and refined atmosphere of the Shops at Don Mills.

What brought most people to the event was Toronto Raptors frontrunner, Jonas Valanciunas, who made a special guest appearance. Many other notable community members also attended such as Hon. John McCallum, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenships, and Marty Martino from Toronto-based band Down With Webster. 

Photo opportunities were plentiful and this attracted many media outlets such as City and Global News.

Live music, mocktails with exotic ingredients, a colourful buffet of Paramount’s signature savoury dishes and entertainment (including a selfie screen and electronic basketball net) accompanied the event. Guests and media had the chance to face off against Jonas Valanciunas one-on-one.
