The first episode with Pailin Chongchitnant (Host of Thai Kitchen) demonstrates her favourite Thai Cuisine dishes, such as Panang Curry, Deep Fried Shrimp and Stir Fry. It’s no doubt, you’ll want Thai Food right after this episode. Each episode features a different chef with different dishes they have prepared. The other hosts are Vijaya Selvaraju ( Indian Cuisine), Hana Etsuko Dethlefsen (Japanese Cuisine), Natalia Machado (Argentinian Cuisine), and Vanessa Gianfrancesco (Italian Cuisine).
Viewers are able to get a real glimpse of what it takes to prepare some of the most popular dishes from around the world. Unlike any other cooking show, viewers aren’t given exact step by step procedures, but more the visual aspect of what ingredients to add and how it should be cooked.
