BRKfree Mississauga Review: A Must-Visit for Thrill Seekers and Adventure Lovers

Escape rooms, rock climbing, arcades—BRKfree Mississauga has it all. Spanning over 25,000 square feet, this entertainment hub features more than 35 individual challenge rooms, each with its own unique theme and gameplay. From jungles and prisons to spaceships and submarines, the variety is endless. Challenge rooms are categorized into three types: Physical, Mental, and Skill-based, with some offering a mix of all three. You might feel a bit lost when you first enter a room, but that’s part of the excitement—figuring out the puzzle is the essence of the game! You’ll have 3-5 minutes per room to aim for the maximum score of 100 points, making each room a fast-paced, engaging experience.

How to Play:

You’ll need a team of 2 to 4 players, each equipped with an RFID bracelet to track your progress and points as you move through the rooms. BRKfree is perfect for a wide range of occasions—team-building events, corporate outings, date nights, gatherings with friends, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family outings (with an adult for participants under 14), or just for pure fun.

While a team of 2 can face a few tougher challenges and a group of 4 may feel crowded in certain rooms, I found that 3 players hit the perfect balance—giving you the right mix of strategy and teamwork without feeling overwhelming.

Food and Drink

BRKfree Mississauga offers a self-pour wall featuring a curated, seasonal selection of over 20 local craft beers, ciders, and cocktails. As for food, you can enjoy a variety of delicious and shareable plates, including nachos, BBQ wings, and more, perfect for fueling up between challenges.

Hours and Pricing

The first entry starts at 2 PM, with closing at 9 PM. Your last entry time will depend on your chosen time slot, typically between 6 PM and 7 PM.

Pricing:

  • 90-Minute Admission: $28.99 per person
  • 2-Hour Admission: $33.99 per person
  • 3-Hour Admission: $39.99 per person

While the 2-hour admission provides ample time to explore, I’d recommend opting for the 3-hour pass—it’s only $5 more and definitely worth it for the extra time.
